"Play button" overlay on video preview image?

Hi, the plugin is working great. Thanks for making it.

One thing I'd like to fix is that when I post a video to appear in a floatbox, the preview image looks the same as if it were just an image that I'd posted. Here's an example of what I mean. Of course, I do have the "YouTube" link under the preview image; still, at first glance the user might not realize that what they would be clicking on is a video.

I noticed that in the plugin directory for floatbox on my blog there is a file exactly like what I would want to have overlaid on the video previews--specifically, this image:

Is there something I've got configured wrong that is making this button not appear?

no, you haven't configured any thing wrong.

the button isn't used yet... (will be used in a future version, i hope)...

seems that i should include an option to upload own playbuttons...

I'm not sure why, but in the latest update (v1.2.13), I'm not seeing the playbutton anymore. Here's an example page on my blog. Let me know if there's anything I should change.

it worked on my test installation, but it seems that i made a mistake on transfering the code into the plugin...

cause i do not have the testcode anymore, i'll reimplement the "older version" with the image-overlay as a first fix (maybe i'll reinclude the non image version later).
