pics from latest 3 albums

Is it possible to display the following:

1 random picture from the latest album
1 random picture from the next-to latest album
1 random picture from the album before that

okay, maybe a little vague, I'll try to explain:

album1, album2, album3, album4, album5 (latest)

show 3 pictures:
[album5|random], [album4|random], [album3|random]


please assist if you can!

there are no albums on the media lib... images are assigned to posts... but no, there is no option to show a random image from the last x posts (including an image)... you can only show just one (but not random) image of the last x posts...
